Why might you seek Counselling ...?

You might seek counselling
for many different reasons - perhaps you are experiencing difficulties
and anxieties in your life, or it may be problems with relationships,
or needing help in coping with crisis,pressure at work, the stress
of bereavement or illness, feelings of hopelessness, depression, stress,
lack of self-worth and confidence. It might be something that happened
in the past and is still causing emotional stress ... and there may
be many more reasons... |

Consultation
Fees
A first meeting, lasting 60 minutes, is to help
us both discuss how counselling can meet your needs. If either of us or
both of us decide we cannot work together then there is no charge. If we
decide to commence counselling then the full fee of £35.00 is charged.
My fees are £35.00 for an hour`s sessionof Counselling or £52.50
for one and a half hours of supervision.
This is negotiable for students and those on limited incomes
