The initial brief telephone consultation is free for us both to gather a deeper understanding about whats worrying you and how we could work together.
Face to face sessions last 50 minutes to an hour and cost £45 per session.
Online, Telephone and Walk and Talk Therapy sessions also last 50 minutes to an hour and cost £45 per session.
Payment will be required in advance of each session and payment methods are BACS or Paypal.
